Montana Association Junior Olympic Cross Country Championship

The USATF Montana Association Junior Olympic Cross Country Championship will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Bill Roberts Golf Course in Helena, MT.

Noted as a popular cross-country course during the high school season, the venue offers a variety in terrain with great views to watch the competition. There will be six races for girls and boys. Distances range from 2,000 meters to 5,000 meters. First race begins at 12:00 PM (MST). There will be standard USATF youth two-year age divisions, ranging from seven to 18 years old. Medals will be presented to the top 15 individuals in each Junior Olympic age division and top five in the Open and Masters. Online registration at athletic.net for the Junior Olympic Division (Click Here) and the Open/Master Division (Click Here), open on October 30, 2025, and closes on Thursday, November 6, 2024, at 5:00 PM (MST).

Open and Masters athletes that participate in the Fall Classic are eligible for the 2025 Fall Classic top male or female Open or Masters trophies. Additionally, participants that are USATF members that finish first in each age division will earn a USATF champion medal, which will be mailed shortly after the conclusion of the event.

The top 15 individuals and top two teams in each age division will advance to the National Junior Olympic Cross Country Championship on December 13, 2025 in Shelbyvile, IN. Information on the Junior Olympic National Championship is available at (Click Here).
